Gents are habituated to  talk on Mobile phones while driving motor cycles. They keep the mobile over the shoulder and press head on it. His head is bent and his eyes look up in a distorted way. His kid isthus born with bent head sideways  with eyes placed looking at sky.. Hence the cartoon.
