 Sorge was a Nazi SS functionary and record keeper at sachsenhausen camp.He was arrested when camp was liberated by soviets at the end of war.He was tried at the sachsenhausen trials and was sentenced to life term. He was sent to polar sea camp coal mines to work as forced labor. He was released in 1956 And he went to west Germany. He was tried again in west Germany for. Crimes against German nationals and was found guilty of murder, attempt to murder, cruelty on inmates of the camp.
