On the occasion of Batkamma festival the state govt decided to distribute free sarees to all women  of certain categories. Sadly on the day of distribution many women were greatly upset over the quality of sarees and played batkamma after putting the sarees on fire. However the govt declared that it was the work of opposition parties and they purchased sarees for Rs 200 each. Almighty knows real truth.
